CERTIFICATION OF DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE REQUIREMENTS

Each new employee or student will be provided a copy of the Drug Prevention Program sheets and are required to sign a Notice to Employees Drug-Free Workplace Statement. If a student or employee has a question concerning the use or penalties of drug use, they should refer to Appendix A and B and "Referral to Treatment Centers" listed in Appendix D given to them after beginning class or employment.

Students are required to sign a Student Right to Know Act for the Campus Crime Statistics at the beginning of each new year and when classes begin. A signed copy of the Act will be placed in student's file.

Managers are required to report on a monthly basis any crimes that occur on school property or Non-Campus Buildings or Property.
