ADDITIONAL ITEMS NEEDED FOR APPLICATION
The following items must be sent in addition to submitting your application online. You will not be considered for admission if the below items are not sent to our Admissions Office.
1. A $50 application fee
2. A copy of your birth certificate
3. Documentation showing high school completion. Accepted documents are high school diploma, GED, or high school transcripts. *Students currently attending high school can apply now and submit the copy of their diploma when they graduate.
4. A completed application.
5. Marriage license and criminal history are also required, if applicable
